yea it didnt look like he hit it that hard at all and all of a sudden the whole structure collapsed.
 
Definitely something wrong with the setup. Even if one section collapsed, the remaining sections should be affected like that. Also it doesn't look like the pallet racking was bolted to the floor like it should be.

yea no shit, we had racks like that where i used to work, someone wedged a forklift under one and it didnt fall over, just bent the shit outta the first shelf
