He claims to have changed his tune, but stated basically, that he's changed his attitude towards it because we don't yet know what the real population limit should be. Indicating that if we knew he's be all for it again.

I am not sure about the Brits rights, but as far as here in America there is no way it should be censored. It is absolutely their right to run their batshit crazy add. You are right, there is no difference between this and Koran burning as far as "rights" are concerned.

I do a lot of skimming so perhaps I missed it but I haven't seen anyone argue otherwise.

Actually it can be censored and not allowed to air on public airwaves. Just as FCC rules limit the airing of pornography or the 7 deadly words on public airwaves as they are governed by the FCC and the rule of "decency".
Now on cable they can do whatever they want. But I think normal decent people would all agree that airing commercials advocating murdering children for a belief is wrong.
