So whenever I restart the computer, and from then on (going on right now) a random .exe gets created in system32 folder such as haer234xz.exe and it sends thousands of email messages to random people, and norton blocks them all, and the screen fills with symantec email proxy messages, it's unable to send, scanning etc., and I have to click ok to get rid of box, the most at one time is about 357 right now, so it makes it nearly impossible to do anything. please can someone tell me what to do, obviously a virus or whatever is creating the .exe, please save me
