I just had to get a 24 character encryption key from Bank of America over the phone.

The lady was like.. 3 .. M as in Mansion... N as in Nancy .. F... S...G...D... blah blah
She didn't use words for the most commonly confused letters, it took forever.

What a pain in the @ss

While they're teaching it, can they let everyone know that it's called the "phonetic alphabet" and not the "radio alphabet"?
