Ugh, What NiN song am I thinknig of?

This is stumping the crap out of me. I heard it a few hours ago, and I know I've heard it before. If it wasn't Trent Reznor singing this, then it sounded so much like him, lol.

All I remember is a kind of chant for the chorus, sounded like "Toe the Line!", but that apparently is not the lyrics.

Anyone have any idea what I'm thinking of?

I prefer to blow money on a music/concert DVD than a music CD lately. I like the aspect of getting video and music both for about the same price as just a CD. It just makes sense, young one.

And Primus and Les Claypool also puts out some killer music DVDs, too.
