Ugh.. There are so many bugs in my new Apartment

So I moved in Sept 12th. So far I've seen roaches, beetles, mosquitos, spiders, and 3 or 4 various bugs that I can't even identify.. not a bunch of each but at least 3 - 5 of each. thats a lot of bugs. I've had the apartment people send an exterminator in twice to spray/leave some gel thing that looked like it came out of a caulking gun.

Anyway, I'm still finding new bugs everyday. I've checked every window and every door to the best of my abilities. I don't know where they are coming from. Apparently this place was vacant for over a year before I rented it. But they did put brand new carpeting and vinyl flooring in the kitchin/bathroom since the last tenant. I keep my home clean and I don't open my door more than I need to, in order to get in and out as quickly as possible.

What should I do about this? I just had a spider crawl up my leg and I jumped up like a school girl ballet dancer. I'm sick of this. I want to tell my apartment people again but I don't want to be a nuisance. Do you guys have any ideas? Should I tell them to pesticide bomb my place? Do you think they would do that?

I'm desperate. I can't sleep for half the night worrying about bugs crawling on me. This sucks. Please help

I'll be right over with a 5 gallon tank of gasoline and matches...Where do you live?

seriosuly do it, but don't tell them I know you... maybe they'll move me to a different unit. Let me take my stuff out first

All the people that live around you are like those people that haven't cleaned in 10 years. They have dead goats and chickens all over the floor of their apartments.

If you keep your apartment spotless and you still see bugs, then you can probably blame your neighbors for being nasty.

that would be suspicious. go get some furniture from somewhere in the city from someones curb and put that stuff in there. and move out late at night so management doesn't get to view the exchange of furniture.

I hate to say this, but when you see one roach, there are many, many more in the walls.

They really need to do the entirte apartment to have a chance at getting rid of the roaches.

Talk to other people in the building and see if they have the same problem. If not try to move to their floor. This should give you some time. If you can't find anyone who doesn't have the problem, then get together and hire a lawyer.

I hope he doesn't snore. But if he does, think of the extra protein! :)

It's a good thing right?

If you don't want to bother with 'bugging' the landlord again, just go to your local hardware store and get some ready to use bug spray. It usually comes in a 1 gallon jug with a sprayer attached. Sure, it's not professional quality or anything, but if you do it once a month or so, it should help. The gallon is only around 10 bucks or so.

As for the Apartment, they are a bad place for bugs. If one tenant is dirty, you're screwed. I'd suggesting getting like 20 of the Raid Max baits and set them everywhere throughout your kitchen. Have the Apt complex cover all or at least some of the expense.
