How am I supposed to securely affix this printed address label to the envelope? Tape? Stapler?

It says if I hand write the address on the envelope my rebate will be denied. Fucking MIR tricks.
 
I can honestly say that I've always forgotten to send i a MIR on every single thing that I've bought. I heard the percentage of people that do send them back is extremely low.

Why would it get ripped off? I tape all my printed labels to packages, I see no reason why they would come off.
