Since we're on this topic, a friend of mine had food poisoning with similar problems. After several days, she lost skin pigmentation and turned very white. I believe she was later diagnosed with e-coli or something, but it was due to some improperly cooked hamburger at a fast food place. I know she ended up taking some pills for it, but OP, be aware that you may not be out of the woods just yet. I don't know exactly what tests the doctors run, or if they would have found e-coli...

if you don't feel sick and have no abdominal pain it is probably nothing more than food poisoning like mentioned before



if your abdomen feels like you've been stabbed repeatedly and you cant stand up because you are in so much pain then you might have pancreatitis......

My wife and I had rhotovirus 4 years ago. That sucked ass. We couldn't stop throwing up either but we felt terribly sick. After 36 hours or so we went to the ER at 1am. Wife needed IV and we were both given doses of anti-nausea meds then a script for the same.

Went home, took meds, and slept for 18 hours only waking up every 4-6 hours to take a drink and another pill.

Felt like a million bucks after that.
