Ugh I don't know what to do!

I know I know, it's better to not ask for advice for personal matters... but...yea

I've got this extra credit assignment for econ, write a paper, due monday... yea, in about 9 hours. I had it going good for a while, now I'm stuck. I have about 1/8th of the required paper done and I can think of anything more to write about. I'm thinking about just going to sleep and studying my balls off the final, and hopefully get a decient grade... but then there is that part of me that is sayin 'stevo you d1psh1+ write that paper!'... ugh I dont know what to do... that extra credit would help me out a lot but I don't see what good it is going to do if I stay up and write a bs paper that might not help at all... what would you do?

four choices for the paper

1) is there a housing shortage in the us, what can the gov do about this
2) historical economic event
3) contemorary economic event
4) a vocational choice having to do with the economy

yes... this paper is for economics, 10 pages.... I've got a little over two for 'eCommerce and the Economy'... aparently it wasen't as easy as I thought.

I just checked out the forcast for tomorrow and there is supposed to be snow!!! only an 1" tho....

10 pages on a historical economic event shouldnt be that hard.. especially if you pick a broad topic like the stock market crash in 1929. or something like that....

1" of snow gets the schools out here for at least a day. Virginians are weak.

when im in a jam i just start drinking beer and lots of it. after a few beers you will just get ideas left and right you will throw them together like and artist and hand it in for a half decent 70%

it works because when you are minorly impared you will less picky of your work and just let your mind flow into the paper. drink up dude

Beer is icky, plus I'm under age. When I'm under the gun to finish yesterday, I down a couple Root Beers. It usually helps somewhat, probably due to the huge amounts of sugar I'm downing.

man... i always do this... and i hate myself for always doing it. whenever this happens... i just go to sleep and write the best bullisht ever the next day... and just turn it in late. i usually get a B or a high C still...hahahaha... but then if my lazy ass didnt put it off I couldve had an A. But if it was extra credit... i would probably not even care anymore... hahaha.

a 10 page extra credit? No...I wouldn't bother with it..
I would say even if you turn in 6~8 pages...you would still get some decent credit for it.

I'm 20 and haven't had a beer in my life. You're sorely mistaken if you think that anyone 16+ years of age better have a good reason for not drinking. But since you insist, my reasoning is as follows:

1. Beer tastes nasty
2. Beer will cause you to wake up next to a 5' 3" 319 pound woman sumo wrestler
3. Beer costs money. Money can be instead used to buy worthwhile things, like new computer hardware and games.
4. Beer makes your breath stinky.
5. Beer makes your tummy bulky.
6. Beer makes you ugly in the long run, simply put. Upon awaking, your big hunny hunk will lumber away faster then a cow from a burger joint.

here are reason why to drink beer:
1. after the first 2 beers it will start tasting pretty damn good
2. it takes your mind off the hassle of everyday things such as having to go to school or do work
3. it's a great conversation starter
4. it makes you more sociable
5. it makes you express your true opinion (sometimes a bad thing when people get violent isgust
6. brings people together (sometimes in rage though)
7. it makes any activity you are doing much more fun. playing pool when drunk is very interesting. do you remember the days when the simplest things would fascinate you? things like a baloon floating or blinking lights? you can experience it all over again but with several of your closest friends

as a side note i still think blinking lights are really neat. my case has 2 columns of blinking lights on it: hard drive speed and power consumption, when my puter gets goin it really lights up
