Ugh I can't stop puking

For the past 4 hours I have thrown up 4 times. A couple years ago I got food poisoning and I had my head in the toilet for 48 hours. Easily threw up over 40 times. I'm starting to panic thinking this is happening again. What can I do?

It took you THAT long to vomit everything out? Something tells me you didn't actually have your head in the toilet for "48 hours". Instead, you decided to keep eating between puking sessions... which is why you threw up 40 times.

Dude, your body is trying to evacuate all of your stomach contents because there's something nasty in it. Let it happen. Rest, drink a little water to stay hydrated though. And yeah you might wanna get it checked out. (I'm not a doctor)

Not sure what it is, but the most important thing is to drink lots of fluids to stay hydrated.
