Ugh, Dish Network people were supposed to be here 2+ hours ago

They were originally scheduled to come in between 8am - 12, I then got a call at 11 saying they'll be late and should come between 12-1, and now it's 3:13 and there's no signs of them yet.

I wish they'd just let their receivers be shipped out so I can just do the damn installation myself, but for whatever reason they require their technicians to install the systems themselves, ugh.

Had a similar problem with them on Fri. They showed up on the appointed time, but then the tech was like I can't install the dish to the side of the house. We don't do vinyl siding. And I can't put it on the roof. It's a metal roof. Oh, and there's no LOS in your yard. I'll try to contact a supervisor. No one answers. Sorry, you're out of luck.
