If the plane is going 300mph in that shot, that thing would have to be going like 1500 mph. Don't know what it is but if it is something real, and not just an optical illusion, I wouldn't want it coming towards me.

If it were a missile....it was going down....so where the hell did it go? UFO? Same thing, the thing was flying down at the ground, it had to have been a piece of the building or the plane that got shot off during an explosion, after it the plane hit.
