No thread on this. Not a huge card, but it hasn't been terrible. CM Punk fighting next. Seeing wrestling (WWE) fans talking about it, so it should be a successful card for UFC.

Punk took his loss like a man. He knows he was outclassed and he really kind of took it. If he has a few smaller fights and gets his ground game up, he hope to be an undercard fighter.

Overeem is glass chin for sure. That was more entertaining than I had hoped, but it ended a bit prematurely. And, Cleveland doesn't deserve anything.

Miocic has a sledge hammer for a fist, but also showed he can be hit. He couldn't even remember getting knocked down with a punch, lol. Someone like Cain might have finished that off.

I said he hoped he won. I didn't expect him to. Once the fight went to the ground, it was over.

How was that premature? Those were bombs from Miocic. You want Overeem turn into a vegetable?
 
Was hoping Overeem would win. Didn't really care before, but we both stayed in the same hotel for like 3 weeks last month, hung out at the pool, played poker, seemed really nice. Had a hard time imagining him fighting, just seemed so docile. Sometimes the fights just end with a hit though, sucks.

You called them both amateurs. I think it was over when he stepped in the ring. Punk looked terrible in the training video, while Gall looked like a legitimate ufc quality fighter in his two pro fights. Hilarious calling out Northcutt, but it's true, he's overhyped. I didn't realize they were in the same weight class.
