huh he clearly won the last round with more activity.

You'd have to be very generous in saying Davis stole the 1st w/ the late knees (that didn't really connect). Maybe Davis won the 2nd.

But overall Davis did almost nothing for 15 minutes. It was a close fight, but the judges had it going the wrong way.

I cant understand the scoring. The blocked take down attempts according to the rules as I read them would have outscored the single take down in those two rounds.


As far as significant strikes I didnt see anywhere near the contact that Machida made. You could give Phil round 2 and I agree he should have pressed more but it would have also opened him up for the takedown. Main event non title cards NEED TO BE FIVE DAMN ROUNDS. Hell go with sudden death for title shots. GIVE ME SOMETHING DAMNNIT

sure he had two takedowns in the last 30 seconds. the other 4:30 he was getting punched or kneed in the face every time he tried.

yes phile davis had 2 takedowns and did little with them. machida was hitting a lot.

Aldo hasn't lost since 2005 and nobody is giving KZ a chance. It would be a huge upset for CSJ to win.

Aldo has shown some gas-tank issues in 5 round bouts but I don't see that coming into play for this match-up.
