Knocked out Nogueira, Cro Cop and dropped Kongo so we know he has power and technique, but really shitty aggression (and wrestling) which cost him big against Carwin and Lesnar.

I missed the SpikeTV fights and the few prelims it showed. There were a lot of people saying it was a weak card but I thought it'd be okay. But really most of the fights were weak. The Dunham-Sherk fight was good. Serra just seemed to have a very poor gameplan. The Little Nog-Bader fight was pretty weak too.

They did announce though the Penn-Hughes fight coming in not long. I think that's going to be very tough for Penn and a third loss in a row would be very bad for him.

Also they said that Marquardt is fighting Okami which is also coming very soon since Nate last fought. I guess they need to figure out the contender ASAP so when Silva recovers in early 2011 there will be a fight. What the hell was Sonnen thinking taking PEDs??

I'm from Hilo myself and I couldn't agree more. But who knows if BJ has any plans to actually do anything at 170 or if this fight is just a money grab before he retires.
