I ordered a 57" TV from UEC Web for less than $1,000 with free shipping (Hitachi refurb). The shipping company, Watkins, has been pretty uncooperative so I called UEC asking them to deal with them for me. Hilda, UEC's president, took care of the issue herself and even authorized payment for extra services (stair service) not included in the original offer. She's kept me in the loop throughout the process and has gone above and beyond to make sure that the shipping issues are worked out quickly and on their dime, not mine.

Note: I do not work for UEC so please don't think this is spam. They are! I found my tv on clearance at sears for $1,195. Not bad, not bad at all. But add in delivery and tax and you're talking $1,300 + while I paid $995 shipped
