Did they install a new client? I sure hope the pw doesn't need to be re-entered on every computer I've ever installed on.
 
We all had that problem after the outage last week. I've got a few computers that I haven't been able to re-enable it on yet.

edit: Yes, every single computer, as far as I know.

Well then my production is going down the hamper, b/c I don't even know where most of those computers are. 🙂 I wonder what the ppl who bought computers from me are going to say when this thing pops up.

That's pretty retarded of the UD ppl to not have something in the program that can detect what the old username/pw are from the old client. Very stupid.
 
I think it's ridiculous that they are prompting for usernames/passwords again. I certainly won't be able to get everyone back on... most of them were installed several years ago, and I don't even know who owns the computers now.

Oh well, their loss I guess.

lol... I was looking at my production. 🙁 I've only got 4 computers returning results now out of the 20ish that I had before. Like you, I don't even know where half of those computers are and I deffinately don't have access to most of them, seeing as some of the ppl didn't know that it was on their computers (I install on every computer I sell)
