Ubuntu - where are they

I have been trying unsucessfully all morning to connect to the Ubuntu website.

Is anyone else having this problem ?

I can't connect to www.ubuntu.com either. DNS lookup works but port 80 is dead.

yea, i just installed Ubuntu last night, and i been trying to set everything up today - but everything is fubared.

Same here. us.ubuntu.com isn't responding to my update attempts.

Ah well, I hope it isn't a long outage.
