Ubuntu/Debian 32 first, then W7 OEM 64?

I'm building a PC but there's a complete lack of W7 64 in English here in Luxembourg. So I ordered online a W7 home premium OEM 64 bits.
However I am not convinced by Ubuntu's 64bits version. I tried a live version and had issues with flash for instance. I'd rather keep it safe.

As I should have all my components to my new PC Before W7, I wanted to install either 10.04 or the latest Debian testing version before so I can enjoy the PC a bit, and then later install W7 on the PC.
I don't mind installing W7 over Ubuntu however if I can do a side by side install and later re-install GRUB2 I'd be happier

PC specs:
Core i3-540
MSI Cyclone GTX460 768MB OC
4GB DDR3 1,333Mhz RAM

Would this work out ok? I hear W7's quite picky with dual boots... Thanks!

Anything can be done if you put in the time, but installing Windows after Linux is more difficult than the other way around. I can't give specific information. I only did that once, and muddled my way through it. If you really want to dual boot, I'd wipe the drive when you get Win7, and reinstall Linux after that. It'll probably be easier in the long run.

I would create 3 partitions on the drive and install the os's as follows:

Partition 1: Windows (IIRC windows likes to be on the leading partition)
Partition 2: Ubuntu/Debian (After installing windows reinstall ubuntu/debian to get a proper dual boot setup with grub)
Parittion 3: Data Share (format as either NTFS or FAT32)

I'd really suggest looking at the 64-bit version of Linux again. I've been using a pure 64-bit Debian install with virtually no problems for years, even Flash works as well as the 32-bit version. Flash is pretty much crap on either build.
