Not to make you feel really dumb or anything, but if your system doesn't meet the requirements, then why did you try to install Ubuntu to begin with?

What are your system specs?

You do have the Windows 7 installation media to reinstall Windows don't you? BTW your system sounds fairly old not to work with Ubuntu 16.04.

OP, when you say it shuts down randomly, does Windows inform you that it is shutting down or does the computer just switch off of its own accord? Does Win7 start normally, allow you to use it without any problems, then the shutdown/switchoff occurs? What kind of timeframe does this occur in?

Kind of sounds like the OP installed GRUB on the wrong drive.

When i say that it shuts down randomly i mean that the pc just stops working, not any information about shutting down. Also, it shuts down instantly when i try many times .After about 30 minutes the "pc life time" is again at the maximum :p

Did you changed any BIOS settings? If so try resetting to default.
