Out of all the big name publishers they put of the best games...Prince of Persia, Splinter Cell, Beyond Good and Evil, Far Cry, Rainbow Six, Ghost Recon, Rayman...just a large number of high quality games. I really like their stuff

I completely agree. I see they are publishing the new Kong game. Doesn't look like a game I'd normally play, but with ubisoft's recent track record it will probably be a great game.

I still consider Ubisoft with caution after witnessing deceptive practices in marketing registrations for Shadowbane a couple of years back.

Then again, what huge game publisher has proven ethical towards the end user over the long haul? Not freakin' many!

I have only been happy with one Ubisoft purchase, and that was Chaos Theory. EA has a better track record with my purchases, 100% satisfaction.

Raven Software is my favorite though. I'll let Quake4 slide.

I remember Zork: The Underground Empire, being one of the first computer games I played.

Zork, the Enchanter series, and Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy were all great text games, intelligent and challenging.

if someone doesnt experience the problems first hand then they seem to not care. even when a HUGE amount of gamers are unhappy with a product. if it doesnt annoy them then why should they want change? just because a neatly coded game would be good for everyone doesnt make them care. :disgust:
