ubisoft now on steam!!!

They've been on steam for a while now...Dark Messiah?

I do hear they're expanding their offered library on there though, which is nice.

Oh and by the way: PoP: Sands of Time is the best platformer ever made, and one of my top 3 games of all time. If you like a good story, there is absolutely no excuse for not getting it.

yeah dark messiah was on there but that was it. now they're expanding.

i played the first pop and really enjoyed it. but i got only halfway thru the second one...i had to reformat my computer for some reason. i really liked it too even tho it was such a departure from the first. the combat was highly enjoyable. i haven't played the third one but it combined the story and atmosphere of the first one and the combat of the second, i think i'll like it a lot.

The first and third were excellent. The second was a crime against humanity. The whole thing felt like a Linkin Park video. It was horrid. However, I slogged through that cesspit just to fill the gaps in the story.

I wouldn't say the second was a terrible game by far, but it was definitely the weakest of the 3. The third one more than redeemed the franchise though.

20 bucks for the original Splinter Cell?? LOL If it was for all the SC games in one nice pack then thats something different. They should do a special on SC collection packs, Prince of Persia packs, Rayman..etc. You can also get Far Cry for free (with ads though) on the web though I guess some would rather just have the game on steam for convenience sake.

There is no excuse for the teenage bullshit that game pulled after the first title was so good.

Metal thongs on the women? "Blade dancer" enemies with phone sex lines? The "I Smolder With Generic Rage" prince? It was all so childish and stupid. And people wonder why video games aren't taken seriously as an art form.

They have the first and second, both for ten bucks, in most stores. Someone will end up paying that though.
