I saw M&M:H 6 was the steam sale this week. Do you need Uplay to play it or just sign up for an account? Uplay has already kept me from Anno 2070. I bit the bullet for Origin to play Battlefield but I don't want a game manager from each publisher especially when they are already on Steam.
 
I don't have that specific game but every other Ubi game I've bought through steam brings up U-play after launching the game.


Desktop Icon>Double-Click>Steam loads>Login>Uplay loads>Login>Game loads

I miss the days of Desktop Icon>Double-Click>Game loads
