I picked one of these up today. Pretty impressive for the price. It will serve as my main monitor, replacing my 19 inch Hyundai L90D+'s until I can do triple monitor gaming. In addition to it only being $699.99 + tax on $999.99, it also has 21 months interest free financing when purchased w/ a CompUSA card. It comes out to be ~ $36/month w/ financing. The CompUSA I was in had it hooked up using crappy composite cables alone in an isle. Of course it looked really bad when compared to the other LCDs that were using DVI and component inputs. Also, the guy brought me over to a 24 inch Samsung w 1920*1080 resolution to have me look at the warranty and such. Now that I have it hooked up, I can say it does seem to be very nice. It feels pretty solid. It is very bright and the picture is very crisp, in its native resolution, as expected from an LCD. I watched a bit of the matrix, and although it doesn't look as nice as my HD plasma, it does very well. HD content looks very good (The bit I watched of the Disovery Channel). I played some Counter Strike Source with it and can say it does very well. There is still a bit of ghosting, more than with my L90D+'s, but very good nonetheless. Overall, I would agree with the review on Anandtech (30 inch model). I am very happy with the purchase and would definately recommend this TV.
