These were after flops..I deff had big stack..these people were idiots for pushing against me...I am still in it with avg chips but damn did i get hosed.

So they didn't pair up until the river both hands? You should have forced them out before the river.

edit: just read you forced them all in

No, they both already had a pair, and they caught their second lower pair on the river.

Some people are stubborn and hang on, thats how I lost with AK today.

What limit were you playing at?

That's why it's called gambling.
Sometimes people do stupid things... that doesn't automatically mean they're going to lose.
There are many times I've folded and realized I missed a great hand. One of my friends folded a hand that would have been a royal flush. (Yeah, go ahead and claim you've had several of them)
But, that doesn't mean I didn't play the odds correctly.

I was big blind, NO ONE RAISED!!! I had a 10,8 off suit, (or something like that)

On the flop, up came a 10, 8, 2.
What are the odds that someone's gong to beat me... 2 pair, and the high pair. The only thing better at this point would have been if someone was holding a pair of 10's, 8's, or 2's. What would you do?

At the turn, a 3. No chance for anyone to get a flush.
Of course, I'm all in (I may have gone all in at the flop)

Everyone folds, except one person. She's had a pair of 2's since the flop. 5,2 or something like that.. She's stayed in with a 5,2!
And the river? Another 2.

to be fair he called $9 in to a $25 pot. but you are correct in that neither immediate nor implied odds warranted the call.
