U.S. may use emp

Actually if the US decide to use EMP the military has to be very very careful that it doesn't effect local hospitals because it will kill all electronic equipement. Then (in my opinion)it would be considered inhumane on America's part if there were people in the hospital that died due to an EMP attack. We would be heavily critized.

You have to realize that an EMP will fry everything including all hospital equipment if it was in the vacinity.
That would create a huge humanitarian crisis for a city if its hospital was rendered useless.

it took me a second to figure it out, but you can't say he stuck his foot in his mouth because YOUR ignorant. dead electronics DO go to china. its been in the newspapers/magazines. its a big trade. much toxic waste, western countries don't want to deal with.
