What kind of message is our Government sending the world ? Our way or the Highway ?

A message like this to Germany

Reminds me of little kids when they don't get their way.
The refusal to talk to North Korea, still trying to punish France, aledged threats to Syria.
Where does it stop - or does it stop.
Made a statement in Afganistan and effectively walked away leaving business unfinished,
Big invasion of Iraq in the pretext of weapons which don't appearantly exist.
Get me a stick - here's another hornets nest.

Someone better get a grip on what this Administration is doing, but it may be too late.
They obviously don't listen to world opinion or even the majority of the Americans
just to the reactionary Neo-Cons and a vengeful agenda of world supremancy.

So your in favor of Iran being a Nuclear Power? Probably North Korea too. Why keep avoiding the problem till it becomes to big, take action now and save millions of lives later.. TALK DOES NOT WORK! I don't want an all out war but I sure don't wanna do nothing either.

"After this month's suicide bombings in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the Bush administration canceled the next planned meeting, according to the Post.

The newspaper said "very troubling intercepts" before and after the Saudi Arabia bombing played a major role in the administration's new stance toward Iran. The intelligence suggested al Qaeda operatives in Iran were involved in the planning of the bombings, which killed 34 people, the Post reported. "

if it will help stop terrorism around the world by destroying networks in other countries im for it...

"world supermacy"

the US is already there if you havent noticed. if we wanted to rule all countries the adminstration would of just launched full scale attacks on all countries without any reasons or diplomacy...

"Someone better get a grip on what this Administration is doing, but it may be too late."

you are too late...

So then - you think that these countries will be approached with the same TRUTH that Iraq was ?
Refusing to talk, negotiate, or have any intrest in a country other than bombing is O.K. ?
Turning our backs on 2 countries that actually do represent a threat to us and the rest of the
world makes absolutely no sense to me, but I guess it does to the extreme right.
We should be at their door working to get them to actively disarm instead of playing
childish games and calling them names instead of working with them.

Why dosen't the Administration just declare war on the rest of the world ?
Or did we already . . ."You're either with us or against us."
Lets see - 2 years = 2 wars, if he's re-elected maybe we can go for 8 consecutive wars.
Line 'em up: North Korea, Iran, Syria, Democrats, Minorities, anyone who dosen't love Bush.

Hey kirk don't you know that America doesn't like trying to intimidate countries that can fight back. They just try to ignore them and hope they will go away. See no evil, hear no evil...

I guess GWB is all about nation building after all. Or is it a diversion again to keep your mind off our failing economy? I do not know of anyone supporting this move. Just watch the current news and talking heads.

Here's an interesting article that just happens to coincide with this recent US announcement. It seems the reformists in the Iranian Parliament are getting a bit more than frustrated at being stymied by the lack of reform policy being enacted by the Islamic hardliners.

The strongly worded letter to Ayatollah Ali Khamenei - signed by 127 members of the pro-reform parliament - warned that time was running out for a peaceful transition.

Yep - looks like their religious conservatives and our religous conservatives differ
on who religion is more to the right - and more conservative.
We just got more bombs to prove our point of rightness.
My God can beat up your god - so there.

I dont know about any of you guys, but I say we resume talks ASAP. None of you guys live close to Washington, DC like me... if the crazy religious conservatives are trapped in the corner like a wildcat they're going to use the nukes.

Iran, unlike Iraq has real weapons of mass destruction and just crazy enough right wing conservatives to push the red button.
