WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. government flunked a computer-security review for the third consecutive year on Tuesday, showing no improvement despite increased attention from high-level officials.

I myself am a little less concerned about someone hacking into a computer than *people* being blown up :)

While I would tend to agree, you have to realize some of the data that's on these gov't computers. Locations of nuclear sites, military bases, infrastructure, waterways, treatement plants, etc....

I'm a DBA for the gov't right now (contracted, not gov't employee) and am in charge of over half a terabyte of such data. That said, I'm not in charge of the security though :disgust:
