I think Pro/College football coaches have one of the most stressful jobs you can get. They are under non-stop scrutiny. Fans are even harder to please than stockholders.

If a coach is fired, are they entitled to a buyout? Or is based upon contract terms?

usually its built into his contract based on how many years were remaining on the contract when he was fired. According to espn.com he'll make between 2.4 to 3 million for his buyout.

Yeah, I bet he's real frickin upset. No wonder nobody could wipe the grin off his face during pregame, halftime, heck the whole game last nite.
