Isekii, you're thinking of double jeopardy, which doesn't apply here. He can't be charged for the SAME crime twice. In other words, he already got convicted once for the rape. He can't be charged with that specific rape again. If he were to rape or attempt to rape her again, he could be charged for that one, just not the first time again.

yeah, double jeopardy means if you get charged for say rape... then years later, they discovered you also aggravated assaulted her, you can't be charged for that crime. You need to get charged for ALL the crimes at once.
*IF* rapes occur... it's over power issues. People would more likely try to befriend him, and live off his fame and money, then try risking raping him... because even though 4 guys might take him down... some of those guys are going to get HURT.

Why would they want to befriend him? Like you said it would be more of a power deal where they would group rape him and show him who's boss in prison.

I spent 3 years in prison... from a Supermax to minimum/medium prison, and i can tell you that the vast majority of inmates are normal individuals, who just made some mistakes. Perhaps they killed in the moment of passion, or they were so hooked on crack that they did whatever they can to get their fix. VERY few were psychopathic.
Yeah... i was at Millhaven Institution at first (max), then got sent to Bath Institution (min/med)... but got in a fight there my first week, and got sent to Collins Bay Institution (med/max)... where i spent the next 2 years.
I'd rather not share what i did... not exactly proud of it. But i certainly am proud that i went through prison alright, and am straight now... got out, went to university, and doing well in life. I was in at 18, and got out at 21. I was the 2nd youngest in prison... i was youngest in my pen, until my co-accuse showed up... he was younger by 4 months.
You know, I think tyson originaly started acting like this just as a way of fvcking with people. Imo he's done it so long it's genuine now. I'm the last person to feel sorry for people (especially celebs/athletes) but it's almost sad to see what a freaking mess he's turned into.
