Tyson says he would rape victim now

Looking at this tyson thing from a different perspective, if I was wrongly accused by someone for killing someone I didn't kill and was convicted and did some jail time. I'd probably want to kill the sob.

As dumb as mike sounds sometimes in a lot of ways he's a really smart guy and seems to be the type of person who would do something like that. Besides, why not? it in a SI interview about a year or so back. It talked about his struggles
and how people took advatage of him.

I'm betting this Desiree Washingston also probably took
advantage of Mike and made the rap allegations up. Think
about it. It's and EASY ticket to EASY life for her. Poor Mike.

I really hate to say this... because i really do believe when a woman says no, they mean no. But she was invited up to his room at like 2am in the morning? What did she think was going to happen? Not that i think he raped her... i think she did have consenual sex, but she was trying to make a quick buck from him... in the end she couldn't, but she didn't want to be known as a liar (or be charged for filing a false crime report), so continued with the charges.

It happens... but it doesn't happen in the public. The prison put condom machines in the showers, but they were torn down the first day... although condoms are used more in prison to hide drugs and money (wrap it up in the condom, then 'hoop' it up your ass to hide it), it was symbolic to just tear them down. But yeah, there are gays in prison. There are drag queens too, i'm sure they make some money from the homosexuals.

As for what a record has done for me in life... well, in Canada employers are NOT allowed to ask if you have a criminal record unless the job requires you to be bonded. So no, it hasn't affected me. I have had employers ask, but i answered no. They shouldn't even be asking, and i know for a fact that i could get them in trouble by reporting they asked the question... but then i obviously wouldn't have gotten the job.

ah, here in the US they ask all they want. better to keep former criminals jobless so they'll end up back in jail 😛 pretty stoopid.

Yeah, there are some things i'm barred from. I was really looking into studying to be an EMT, but that requires a criminal background check. But in a few months, i can apply for a pardon, which will get it buried (it'll take almost 2 years for the process though).

I used to watch Oz, .. every episode. Some of the more hardcore (violence wise) episodes were quite hard to watch, to brutal even 4 me. And i'm sure they do paint an accurate portrait of life in prison.

Thanks for your support! Getting pardons are actually quite easy in Canada... if you never recommit a crime, it's almost guaranteed from what i've heard. Just takes awhile.

As for writing a book... i've entertained the thoughts, only because the books i've read often try to embelish prison life. Most ex-cons seem to want the public to believe prison is worse off than it really is... i'm not entirely sure why... maybe it upholds their badass image even more, or they just like messing with people's head.
