I saw the clip on TV a few days ago (so obviously it was recorded a while before airing). You won't see her boobs. She takes her bra off from under her shirt and you can tell she's braless as they sag more. One side more than the other. The surgeon then reaches into her shirt through the sleeve and pokes around. Yes, they're real, and they're nice.
