Any decent programs that you can recommend?

Not really. The one I used to use is long obsolete now. Just make sure the keyboard is the same as you are used to, if you have to take a test.

I had to take one once for a job, and I bombed it. I go in and look at the keyboard. It's got the giant "Enter" key and my keyboards at work and at home have the normal sized ones. I kept hitting enter instead of shift and I missed it by 4 wpm. I took it later on with a normal keyboard and passed no problem.
