Reagan, though still modern, at least had morals unfortuantly 20% of my money is still going for crap he signed (intrest on the debt).

Yeah, while he did actually raise revenue by cutting taxes (yep, he did, so you cannot blame his tax cuts), that increase and much more was spent by a runaway Congress and Reagan's commitment to building back up a long disregarded military.
