EDIT:
Life as an ESTJ
(Extravert, Sensor, Thinker, Judger)
People of this type tend to be: energetic, friendly, and outspoken; productive, organized and efficient; realistic and sensible, but often skeptical about new or untested ideas; honest and direct to the point of bluntness; quick decision makers, opinionated, traditional, serious, and accountable.
The most important thing to ESTJs is doing the right thing, and being in charge.

That test is a very general test. There are more specific tests that measures the degree of each trait if you search on google, but that one is pretty accurate for people that aren't too borderline, which is most people. For those people, the test is very accurate.
I have a friend that's ESTJ. He's very stiff on things. You can't persuade him on anything, if he has his mind set on something, then he has to have it. Like if he planned on going to this restaurant, and he invited like 5 friends, and all 5 of those friends wants to go somewhere else, he'll still be stuck to that one, and he'd rather go by himself than with everyone else. So at the end, everyone just goes with his decision.
