I bought a pair of PAPST TYP 4112 GXM second hand and i have been unable to find any info on them CFM etc. Not even on the PAPST web site. Can any one help me with info on them please?

Also they have written on the front of them that they are able to except either 8 or 16 volts DC how can i get my system to supply them with 16 volts?

I also checked the Pabst site: Right here and only found the 4112NHH model which has unbelievable CFM of 158.9 - that is insane. Hope you find the answer, maybe you could also email Pabst I saw a contact link at the site: Pabst contact info.

They sound like they want your email from this quote, "Should you require further information on our products, we will be only too pleased to supply you with detailed information. We also appreciate your suggestions and requests and will deal with your inquiries quickly and individually. A qualified sales team is available to give you on-the-spot advice on all matters concerning PAPST fans and drives. Just click on addresses and you will find the partner you need."

ChrisADuffy I was just wondering what you used on the front of your a open case to surround the 12cm fan? I have one of these 12cm papst fans in the front and i have a enormous hole in the front that i want to make look better.

I went to the store with 120mm marked off on a piece of paper and was looking around at everything until I came across the plastic food container section then I sized it up against my measurement and chose a color I thought would match my case. At home I cut the hole a little smaller than the food container and gradually shaved the size of the hole with my dremel until the food container fit. Oh yeah I also had to cut the bottom off the food container. I put the cut end towards the case and the finished(by manufacturer) edge facing out.

The container was more like a jar and had a little flexibility to it. Hope that helps. I was even looking at plastic pots for plants.
