tying Balloons/Water Balloons

How do you do this?! It seems everyone else around me can tie a balloon in seconds. But I cant no matter how hard I try! I dont have fat fingers or anything, accually they are pretty slim. Is there a page with a pictorial walkthrough?

1. Get a good one or one and a half inches of just baloon at the end of it before you tie.
2. Wrap the baloon part around your pointer and middle fingers placed together.
3. Place the little cusped part of the ballon at the very end, under the "stem" between your two fingers.
4. Pull out your two fingers.

I didn't figure this out till I was about 13.

You might be overfilling, that makes it more difficult.

Or make yourself one of those slingshots using a funnel and surgical tubing. I have found that the homemade ones work better.

I use to have trouble tying the smaller water balloons, so I started tying them off with a piece of string. Then I realised how great the string was as an add-on, because I could swing the thing and smack it into someone, making it much more likely to detonate.
