Tycoon Games?

I've been on a gaming slump lately (I quit playing games on my 360, DS, iPhone and DotA) and would like to get into the scene. Interestingly enough, I'm really looking for a good tycoon game to jump into. One such as Roller Coaster Tycoon (I've gotten bored of that though) or maybe even a flash game such as Burger Tycoon (flash based).

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Monopoly Tycoon FTW!
An awesome gem that went ignored by the marketplace because it seemed like another version of Monopoly. The music in it is great!

That is a great game.

RR. if you're new to RR, start with 3, it's much simpler than 2. 2 is pretty hardcore, but probably the best one.

Not a "Tycoon" game, but similar that was really good is The Movies. You run a Movie Studio and the greatest part of it is that you can make some very highly customized movies. Google the game, there are websites dedicated to the game which have some excelllent user made movies.

The Movies is quite good, and for something lighter, Zoo Tycoon II is also good.
