Tyan trinity 2390B Buss Speed problem.

Just put together new pc with 2390B tyan board with 1GHZ athlon processor. I have an Antec 250W ps.
On boot it tells me the processor is 750MHZ (100 x 7.5)
I believe that im not getting 200/266 buss speed out of the board. How can I get this thing up to speed?

change both jumpers jp19 and jp26.

for 100 fsb:
jp19 open jp26 closed

for 133 fsb
jp19 closed jp16 open
