1. The 32bit 4G ram problem is a WindowsX problem, it can't be solved with hardware.

2. It probably doesn't need active cooling on the northbridge because its not intended to be overclocked.



The Zalman NB47J outperforms most of the current nForce4 MCP coolers out there. I have seen consistent 10 degree C drops across the board during OC and not OC on about four different brands of mobos, and almost never use active cooling on the MCP. That little active cooler will DIE, and within a year most likely. Even the better ones will crap out in relatively short order. The cure? Zalman NB47J with Arctic Silver Alumina Thermal Epoxy. Problem solved--FOREVER.
