TXAA is great in motion, by far the best AA solution in AC4. I agree there is some blur, that's why I use SweetFX with LumaSharpen. Injected sharpen works as well. TXAA can easily handle a subtle sharpen filter. 4xTXAA is just a tad slower than 4xMSAA.

The Tool offered the flexibility to enhance detail, colors, lighting contrasts to their subjective taste and tolerance and far from laughable. A very welcomed tool!

I do as well
 
txaa is better because it blurs the textures while fxaa looks like someone smeared vaseline all over the screen.
