System,

If you have some time this weekend, I can help you out with the stats. It would have to be late Saturday or Sunday night though.

Be careful SYST3M! That Jay fellow was getting a little too friendly when I got ppstats working on his new Linux box. I got a bit nervous when he started talking about possibly moving near to where I live. ;) Alone on a Saturday night with Jay,... not good. :D

Reminder to anybody that is trying to connect to my pproxy: be sure to set the port to 2064. Because i am behind a firewall, it will refuse any connection not set to that port. thanks. :)

On another note, i suppose if needed, i could be added to the RR. just a thought.

I have the opposite problem. My firewall, ZoneAlarm doesn't allow port 2064! Any ideas?

You can configure ZoneAlarm to let certain programs act as a server. I haven't used ZL in a few months, so I don't remember where the section is. Play around with it, and look for advanced options somewhere.

I've already tried. Set the ports to block manually, didn't work. Set the ports to allow through. didn't work either. I personally checked at the shields up site. For eg. i set the the internet security to high. Then allowed port 139. But at Shields up, port 139 is still in stealth.

But when i lower to medium, which seems all open, i can get the ports to show up as open.

So, i'm trying BlackIce now.
