What The F?:(
Even in this dark, twisted age of disturbing Internet videos almost no one is prepared to see two young girls, barely tall enough for an amusement park ride, squaring off to brawl and encouraged to beat each other up.
It's unclear who is egging the two young girls on, but one thing is for sure: those cheering are much older, possibly siblings or, even worse, the girls' parents.
Just as disturbing as the video itself, you can hear laughter from those watching the violent matchup.
You also see someone older using a cell phone to capture all the action. That is likely how this sickening video ended up on the web for the world to see in the first place.
The NYPD said cops are investigating the incident and looking at the video thoroughly. Police know it happened in New York City but they don't know exactly where.

Although police say they know it happened in new york city, they dont know exactly where.

im trying to figure out how this is possible... if you dont know exactly where it happened, what tells you its new york city? did they see cabs or something?

This is where America can use Russia to it's advantage.

Ship these parents/people to Siberia please.

I am not watching that video as it will either anger me, make me sick, or both. Were any of the kids injured?

Meh.

Most at my school were goaded on to fight someone else. It was part of growing up.

Similarly disturbing is vertical videos.

my app that takes control of the phone battery and emits an unpleasant shock every time someone presses record on a vertically-oriented phone will be released by the end of the year.

It is called "HD Video!" and will be distributed free.

How do these "people" the afford smartphones in the first place?

Section 8 housing allowances, food stamps, welfare checks. When government pays all your bills you can afford to splurge on nice phones and cars.

Don't. I did not finish it so I don't know if they were injured other than hair pulling. It was on the news this AM and I turned the channel.

Anthony Cumia of O&A once said of a certain demographic, turn your gun vertical and your phone camera sideways.

Can you just get an education, please.

You think you're so cute and clever, but all you are doing is telling everyone that you are an insecure moron.

Pretty much what I think. The article is a clinic on sensationalism.

Would I do it, no.
Do I condone it, no.
Do I understand it, yes.
Do I think it's that bad, no.

That is the nature of violence. Most individuals are shamed/persuaded into engaging in violent acts. This is how gang cultures cultivate new generations of recruits. Shaming them into acts as a means to acceptance while they are easily influenced children, desensitizing them to graphic violence before they even become free-thinking teens.

There is a difference between kids who don't know any better cheering/egging on fights. When people who know better participate it becomes unacceptable.
