Link to official police report filed on bullpen incident.

"Summonses to be sought in Roxbury District Court for assault and battery on both Jeff Nelson and Karim Garcia of the Yankees baseball organization."

Unbelievable that a 36 year old man with a family would act in such a despicable manner (Nelson I'm talking about you).

The problem is will they be able to find an unbiased jury and witnesses??? I sorta doubt that. The trial, if there is one should take place on neutral grounds.

I wouldn't doubt that the cops took the grounds members side being them most likely Redsux fans.

It wouldn't surprise me if Nelson is guilty - he's a complete ass, even before this incident.

Agreed. There's a reason they traded him in the first place. He had absolutely no respect for Joe Torre and was a cancer in the clubhouse. I even read where an unnamed teammate of his called him "white trash" in the NY papers.
