I wouldn't doubt that the cops took the grounds members side being them most likely Redsux fans.

Update on this case.

The Yankees have retained a law firm already in case this goes to court... looks like Nelson and Garcia will be charged today. It's probably serious since NY has a law firm waiting for this case...

Agreed. There's a reason they traded him in the first place. He had absolutely no respect for Joe Torre and was a cancer in the clubhouse. I even read where an unnamed teammate of his called him "white trash" in the NY papers.
