Two Windows98 in the same HD? Help!

OK, I searched this forum, but didn't found what I'm looking for...
My dad needs a Windows98 in japanese, and my brothers needs a Windows98 in portuguese, so they have just one PC to do that, a crappy Aptiva... And just one HD too.
I want to know if I can install two Windows98 in the same HD. The HD is partitioned and there are a portuguese version Windows in the primary partition, what to do now? How to install the japanese version Windows in the logical (extended) partition?
