Two Windows NT Questions

Ok guys...blast from the past time. We're using a series of Windows NT 4.0 (SP6) computers here at work, and I need to know if there are any type of built-in diagnostics to measure LAN throughput and disk I/O transfer rates. It's important that the diagnostic tools are accessible from a normal NT install as I do not have the ability to install 3rd party programs on these machines.
