i hate middle click... for anything in general. i don't know why. but i have ctrl+click set for background load

as for mouse gestures... you can change the left/right thing.. all depends on which extension too.

That is a threadcrap. This was not a discussion of which browser was superior, It was a post meant to INFORM people about convient little tricks in firefox. Anubis already told us that Opera does these things as well.

Don`t forget about Mozilla 1.7.1,people around here know about Opera( great browser btw) and Firefox but forget about Mozilla 1.7.1 which is better then Firefox IMHO and also free .

I prefer a complete package(email client etc)without the need to download extras etc... as to speed I found putting the cache up to 400mb speeds thinks up a lot with Mozilla 1.7.1,if you want the fastest browser I suggest you try Opera since that is the fastest browser that I`ve ever used.

Btw Mozilla 1.7.1 has been around longer then Firefox ,so is more mature and had more testing etc.....

Valid reasons, but you must remember, Firefox is essentially mozilla, stripped down. The 'around longer' argument is tenuous at best considering the shared codebase, IMO.

I found that I didn't need the whole package, so instead I use firefox and thunderbird for e-mail.
