Two Screens - stretch the taskbar to both?

I know there's a way to do this... I've been using ATi my whole life and I can't figure out a way to add a taskbar to the 2nd monitor which would show the programs that are opened on that one like Word, Excel, etc.

I do have nVidia Control Panel and Nvidia nView Desktop Manager installed.

Hopefully it's a quick solution. Thanks in advance!
