First off...I am getting completely lost with these code names from AMD. Off the top of my head I've heard Barton, Morgan, Palimino, tbred 'A' and 'B'

Can someone tell me what these mean? Also, I have a socket A mobo (Abit KT7a) will any current procs still fit it?

ok

Number two.

I have an old Tiger game and some of the buttons (just on a rubber pad making connections with the PCB) have stopped working. I have washed the little silicone pads and swiped the pcb gently with some rubbing alcahol. no luck. I thought about adding something to the ends of the little rubber feet to make the connection more solid with the pcb...but I don't think that will work...it doesn't matter how hard you press on the buttongs, they just dont complete the circut...

Any idea whouls be great.

A Rubber keypad Repair Kit works great. I have used the Chemtronics brand with success every time. Don't pay more than $10, check your local electronic parts stores for the kit (not computer stores). The keypad repair kit was originally made to repair the buttons on tv remote controls.
