Two pieces of roof shingles fell off..

So for the last few days the wind was strong around the area. With a tree close to the roof, one of the tree branch was scratching the roof shingles, two pieces of shingle fell. (I was meant to cut that branch this weekend but now it is too late)

Here is what the two places look like now.

Do i need to replace them? I do not see the underlayer (weather barrier) being exposed.

It's never too late, cut the branches back from your house. Don't post here again till you do! 😀
Then we'll tell you about the shingles.

haha! I did. I just cut all those damn tree branches this morning. Also watched a few video on how to replace them. Just wondering if it is some thing that needs to be done ASAP or water will leak in and roof collapse thingie.

those two are not going to put water into the roof structure. I'd get some mastic and put the original pieces back up there.
